Train your brain at the River House MasterMind Program!  An 8 week mind stimulating course where participants in this weekly group engage in challenging and fun activities to enhance memory, verbal fluency, flexible thinking, attention and communication.

The Caregiver Circle

The Greenwich Commission on Aging, GADC River House, the Greenwich Red Cross and the Junior League of Greenwich have teamed up once again to bring you the second part of the Caregiver Circle.

This six week program addresses issues associated with caring for adults and/or seniors.  Participants will gain vital information on caregiving, a support network of peers, a wealth of information and insight from professionals in the field and vast knowledge of available community resources to best assist in caregiving.  Lunch is included and a unique feature of this program is that respite is available to participants who are caring for someone during the day.  (Prior arrangements must be made.)  The Caregiver Circle is free of charge and is open to the community!

All sessions will be held from 11:45 am to 1 pm at GADC River House, 125 River Road Ext., Cos Cob.  Registration is required.  To RSVP contact Lauren Ferraro at (203) 622-0079 or lferraro@gadc.org.
